(A) No refuse, recyclable material, or yard waste material shall be allowed to accumulate on any property or premises within the city other than in the receptacles described in § 50.02. In no case may any bulky waste remain on a city curb for more than 24 hours.
(B) If a resident violates this section of the municipal code, the resident will be subject to a municipal code citation; and upon a finding of liability, fined pursuant to Chapter 39 of this code of ordinances.
