§ 94.39 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this subchapter, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $750, or not exceeding the maximum fine allowable by state law at the time of the violation. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
