§ 165.020 ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS.

   In order to carry out the purposes and provisions of this chapter, the city is hereby divided into the following districts.

   (A)   Residential districts.

      (1)   R-1 Single-Family Residential; and

      (2)   R-2 Two- and Three-Family Residential.

   (B)   Commercial districts.

      (1)   C-1 Central Area Commercial; and

      (2)   C-2 Highway Commercial.

   (C)   Industrial districts.

      (1)   I-1 Limited Industry; and

      (2)   I-2 General Industry.

   (D)   Land conservation district. L-C Land Conservation.
