Allow for a code-compliance inspection of the interior of the vacant building and the owner shall pay the initial $500 inspection fee therefore within 30 days of the inspection. Such inspection will determine the extent of compliance with the city’s Property Maintenance, Building, Health, Fire, Water and Sewer Codes. The city shall send the inspection report to the owner within 30 days. Periodic reinspections shall take place, as necessary, until code compliance is achieved. Timely code compliance is required.
