§ 164.12 NOTICE TO CITY COUNCIL.
   Once every six months, the Building Commissioner or his or her designee shall send notice to the City Council a list of all vacant buildings which have become known during the preceding six months, as well as a list of all previously declared buildings which are no longer vacant. The notice shall include a summary of fees and fines assessed and collected, the compliance and non-compliance rate of property owners, and other pertinent information in order for the City Council to make sound decisions regarding future affairs. Said reports will also be provided to the Police Department, Fire Department and Community Development Department.
