(A) (1) In accordance with 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-4.2 of the Act, the city hereby adopts the registration rules as follow as the rules for each registry. The city’s corporate authorities may amend such rules from time to time as may be necessary or desirable to comply with and carry out the purposes intended by the Act.
(2) The City Clerk or his or her designee is hereby authorized and directed to cause the publication of the notice that interested persons may register with the city in order to receive information of the proposed designation of the redevelopment project area (the “notice”), said notice being substantially in the form attached to the ordinance codified herein as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference, in a newspaper of general circulation within the city.
(B) These registration rules may be amended by the city subject to and consistent with the requirements of the Act.
