The city does not guarantee the condition of any property which is the subject matter of this chapter and is not responsible for any claims arising out of the subject property or the condition thereof. The city does not warrant that all deficiencies are listed in a certificate of registration and does not warrant anything as to the condition of the property or the habitability thereof.
