§ 160.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BUILDING COMMITTEE. The Community Development and Human Services Committee.
   DWELLING UNIT. One or more rooms in a structure or portion thereof arranged, designed and used as a residence or living quarters by one or more persons, and containing therein bathroom and kitchen facilities.
   LANDLORD. The owner, lessor or sublessor of the dwelling unit or the building of which it is a part.
   OWNER. One or more persons, a corporation, a partnership, or any other legal entity, jointly or severally in whom is vested all or part of the legal title to the premises, or all or part of the beneficial ownership and a right to present use and enjoyment of the premises, including a mortgage holder in possession.
   RENTAL MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING STRUCTURE. A dwelling structure containing four or more dwelling units.
