All streets and driveways in every park must be constructed and maintained with a hard surface material such as macadam, asphalt or concrete, and all streets and driveways shall have a minimum width of 24 feet, except such streets and driveways constructed prior to 8-21-1967, which shall have a minimum width of 20 feet. Curbing shall be required on all streets constructed after the effective date of this chapter in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the Department of Public Works.
