(A) Each mobile home park, at all times while operated, shall be in the charge of a responsible attendant or caretaker who shall be responsible, with the licensee, for compliance with the provisions of this chapter relating to the conduct of such parks.
(B) Every such park shall be in charge of a responsible attendant or caretaker whose name shall be on file at all times with the city and whose duty it shall be to maintain the park, its facilities and equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition, and shall be responsible, with the licensee, for any violation of the provisions of this chapter.
