Every license issued hereunder shall expire on April 30 next after its issuance. Application for renewal of such license may be made at any time within 60 days prior to such expiration date in the form of a written statement signed by the applicant re-affirming the statements made in such applicant’s original application for the license together with appropriate reference to any change in circumstance which may have been made since the date of the original application.
