(A) The annual fee for such license shall be due and payable on May 1 of each year and shall be determined on the basis of the maximum number of mobile home sites in the mobile home park at any one time during the license year, in accordance with the following schedule: $5 per mobile home site, but in no event less than $100 per license.
(B) The applicant for a license shall, at the time of making application, make a sworn statement as to the maximum number of mobile homes which he or she expects to accommodate in such mobile home park during the license year for which application is being made, and shall pay the fees therefor based upon the schedule above set forth. In the event such maximum number is exceeded at any time during such license year, the applicant shall, within three days, report such increase and pay the additional license fee based upon the above schedule.
