(A) All bonds in favor of the city on which personal surety is offered shall be approved by the Judiciary Committee and by the City Attorney as to the form of the bond, before such bond is presented to the City Council for approval.
(B) There shall be submitted to the City Clerk by any person offering themself as a personal surety on any bond in favor of the city a schedule showing the real and personal property owned by such surety and showing other information as may be desired by the City Clerk. The schedules shall be furnished to the surety by the City Clerk.
(C) The schedules shall be attached to the bonds to which they refer and the bond together with the attached schedule, after being approved by the Judiciary Committee and the City Attorney, shall be presented to the City Council for approval.
