§ 157.27 TERMS.
   (A)   Members of the Commission shall be appointed for terms of three years. No members shall serve more than two successive three-year terms, but may be reappointed after a one-year waiting period. Alternate members shall be appointed to serve in the absence of or disqualification of the regular members. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term only. Members shall serve without compensation.
   (B)   Notwithstanding the foregoing, all members shall hold office until their successors have been duly appointed, confirmed and qualified.
