§ 157.11 EFFECTIVE DATE.
   (A)   This chapter shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
   (B)   A full, true and complete copy of this chapter shall be published in pamphlet form, by authority of the City Council, as corporate authorities.
