§ 155.42 DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY.
   Failure of city officials to observe or recognize hazardous or unsightly conditions, or to recommend denial of the site development permit, shall not relieve the permittee from responsibility for the condition or damage resulting and shall not result in the city, its officers or agents being responsible for any condition or damage resulting.
