The applicant may be required to file with the City Clerk a faithful performance bond or other improvement security satisfactory to the city in the amount deemed sufficient by the city to cover all the cost of improvements, landscaping and maintenance of landscaping for periods specified by the city, engineering, inspection fees and incidental expenses.
