§ 150.080 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY REQUIRED.
   No building or structure or any part thereof shall be occupied until a certificate of occupancy has been issued by the Building Commissioner. The Building Commissioner shall issue the certificate only if, after inspection, he or she finds that the building or structure complies with city and state law and that the building or structure has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications filed in support of the application for the building permit relating to the building or structure. The certificate shall show the permitted use for the building or structure. A temporary certificate may be issued for the temporary use of a portion of a building or structure prior to the completion of the entire structure or building.
