The city shall hereby adopt the following state statutes by reference as if fully set forth herein:
(A) 210 ILCS 115, Mobile Home Park Act;
(B) 210 ILCS 120, Mobile Home Tiedown Act;
(C) 210 ILCS 117, Abandoned Mobile Home Act;
(D) 430 ILCS 115/1, Illinois Modular Dwelling and Mobile Structure Safety Act; and
(E) The provisions of 65 ILCS 5/11-31.1-1 et seq., as it may be amended from time to time, are adopted as permitted by statute.
