521.18 BUILDINGS DANGEROUS TO HEALTH.

(a) No person shall permit any building or grounds to remain for a period of twenty-four consecutive hours in such condition as to be offensive, dangerous or prejudicial to the health or safety of the occupants or other persons.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
