521.11 PLANTING TREES OR SHRUBS ON CITY PROPERTY PROHIBITED.

(a) No person, group of persons, firm or corporation shall plant or cause to be planted any tree, bush or shrub in or upon the streets or alleys or any other lands owned by the City.

(b) Violations of this section shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 501.99(d).
