521.10 DEFACING SIDEWALKS.

(a) No person shall paint or mark any signs, advertising matter, letters, figures or other characters on any sidewalk or street or paste any bills thereon, or in any manner deface any of the sidewalks or streets in the City.

(b) Violation of this section shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 501.99(d).
