All officers, management employees, and employees of the Safety Department of the City shall, before or upon entering his/her duties, take and subscribe to the following oath to be filed and kept in the office of the Clerk of Council:
"I solemly affirm that I will support the constitutions of the United States and of the State of Ohio and the Charter and ordinances of the City of Blue Ash and will faithfully, honestly and impartially discharge the duties of _________ upon which I am about to enter (or have entered)."
