We, the people of the City of Blue Ash, Ohio, grateful to Almighty God for the freedoms we enjoy, pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the State of Ohio extending to municipalities the privilege of "Home-rule", in order to secure the advantages for ourselves and posterity of democratic, practical and efficient methods in administrating the affairs of the City, to protect the interests and insure the continued welfare of the community and to enjoy all the privileges of local self-government, do adopt this Charter.
