309.12 NOTICE TO OTHER OFFICIALS.

   Immediately upon the issuance of a parade or public assembly permit, the City Manager or his designee shall send a copy thereof to the following:

   (a)   The Police Chief;

   (b)   The Fire Chief;

   (c)   The Public Works Director;

   (d)   The Director of Parks and Recreation.
