303.13 JUVENILE TRAFFIC OFFENDERS.
   Any person who is under the age of eighteen years at the time a citation is filed against or issued to such person for a violation of any provisions of this Traffic Code shall be deemed a "child," as defined in Ohio R.C. Chapter 2151, and the citation shall be brought in juvenile court for the prosecution of such person as a juvenile traffic offender as provided by Ohio R.C. Chapter 2151.
