   1501.25 FOOD TRUCKS OPERATING IN THE CITY.
   (a)   Prior to operating in the City, all food trucks regulated by the Ohio Fire Code shall pass an annual permit inspection.
   (b)   Proof of permit shall be immediately made available upon request.
   (c)   Permits are nontransferable.
