Building lines shall be shown on all lots. The building lines shall not be less than required by the Zoning Code. Restrictions requiring buildings to be set back to the building lines shall either be shown on the plat or shall be contained in a separately recorded instrument and referred to on the plat. Such restrictions shall also be recorded on all deeds of lots or parcels within the subdivision.
