353.04 IMPOUNDING.

The Chief of Police or any member of his Department designated by him is hereby authorized to remove or have removed any vehicle abandoned within the City in violation of Section 353.03. Such vehicle shall be impounded until lawfully claimed or disposed of in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code. (Ord. 2014-67. Passed 9-11-14.)
