Any party adversely affected by a decision of the Fire Chief, or his/her designee, and Chief Building Official as provided in this chapter may appeal to Council within twenty days after the decision by filing with the Clerk of Council a notice of appeal specifying the grounds thereof, on the ground that such decision is unreasonable or unlawful, and then to the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County Ohio. Council and/or the Court may affirm, reverse, vacate or modify the decision complained of in the appeal.
