1719.01 DEFINITIONS.

   As used in this section, the following words and definitions shall apply:

   (a)   “AASHTO T99" means the American Association of State Transportation Officials moisture density standard proctor test.

   (b)   “ASTM C-309" means the American Society for Testing and Materials standard for curing concrete.

   (c)   “Engineer, City” means a licensed civil engineer employed by contract or as a payroll employee of the City of Blue Ash, Ohio, to represent the City in civil engineering matters.

   (d)   “Inspector, City” means a person employed by contract or as a payroll employee of the City of Blue Ash, Ohio, to inspect the construction of public and private site improvements.

   (e)   “ODOT Item” means the Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Materials Specifications, latest edition.
