All streets on which public safety services are to be provided by the City shall be marked with street signs acceptable to the City Manager or his/her designee. Clearly legible signs shall be erected in accordance with the specifications set forth in the latest edition of the State of Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways. All street signs and all replacement signs erected from and after the effective date of this section shall comply with this chapter.
