1711.99 VIOLATION AND PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, or builds or constructs in deviation of a building permit is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each violation. Each and every day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
