1711.87 PARTIAL INVALIDITY.

If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter should be declared invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the remaining portions of this chapter, which shall remain in full force and effect; and to this end the provisions of the chapter are hereby declared to be severable.
