1711.24 INTERIOR WALLS, FLOORS AND CEILINGS.
   The supporting structural members of all interior walls, floors and ceilings shall be maintained structurally sound, showing no evidence of deterioration which would render them incapable of carrying the loads imposed. No dwelling, dwelling unit or other building shall be deemed to comply with this section unless:
   (a)   Every floor, interior wall and ceiling is free of holes and large cracks which might admit rodents, or constitute a potential accident hazard;
   (b)   Every floor is free of loose, warped, protruding or rotting floor boards;
   (c)   Every interior wall and ceiling are free of loose plaster and other structural material, the collapse of which might constitute an accident hazard; and
   (d)   Every floor, wall and ceiling are kept reasonably clean and not littered or covered with dust, dirt, cobwebs, greasy film or other such substance constituting an unsanitary condition.
