1711.14 ACCESSORY STRUCTURES, FENCES, AND WALLS.

All accessory structures, including detached garages, fences, walls and retaining walls shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair. All new or substantially reconstructed garages, carports and sheds shall comply with the Building Code. All accessory structures shall be complimentary, including architecturally, to the principal building and use.
