1323.01 STANDARDS ADOPTED.

(a) The Rules and Regulations of the Hamilton County Storm Water District and subsequent updates as promulgated by the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton county, Ohio are hereby adopted and incorporated in the Code of the City of Blue Ash, Ohio. All construction work shall comply with the standards promulgated therein.

(b) The Rules and Regulations of the Hamilton County Planning & Development Storm Water Drainage System and subsequent updates as promulgated by the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton county, Ohio are hereby adopted and incorporated in the Code of the City of Blue Ash, Ohio. All construction work shall comply with the standards promulgated therein.
