(a) The Residential Code of Ohio and subsequent updates as promulgated by the State of Ohio Board of Building Standards, including Appendix G "Swimming Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs," is hereby adopted and incorporated in the Building Code of the City of Blue Ash. All building work shall comply with the standards promulgated herein.
(b) The Ohio Building Code (OBC) 2002 edition and subsequent updates as promulgated by the State of Ohio Board of Building Standards is hereby adopted and incorporated in the Building Code of the City of Blue Ash, Ohio. All building work shall comply with the standards promulgated therein.
(c) The Ohio Mechanical Code (OMC) 2002 edition and subsequent updates as promulgated by the State of Ohio Board of Building Standards, is hereby adopted and incorporated in the Building Code of the City of Blue Ash, Ohio. All building work shall comply with the standards promulgated therein.
