The City Manager or his designee may adopt such other regulations regarding waste collection and recyclable materials that may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter or to protect the public health, safety or general welfare of the residents of the City of Blue Ash. All such other regulations as adopted by the City Manager or his designee shall be in written form. (Ord. 2000-14. Passed 1-11-01.)
