111.03 CLERK OF COUNCIL.
   It shall be the duty of the Clerk of Council to:
   (a)    Attend all meetings of Council, regular and special, and record all proceedings in minutes. In the absence of the Clerk of Council, any person may be designated Acting Clerk of Council for the meeting by appointment of the Mayor.
   (b)    Prepare, in advance, an agenda for every regular meeting at which the public shall be heard and see to the service of same upon all members of Council. He/she shall include in said agenda all business as is in his/her hands 48 hours before said meeting of Council. Unless otherwise provided or requested by majority vote of Council, business referred to or filed with the Clerk of Council later than 48 hours prior to said meeting shall be included in the agenda of the next meeting of Council.
   (c)    Attend to all correspondence incidental to his/her office.
    (d)    Perform any and all other duties lawfully imposed upon him/her by the Charter, Rules of Council, and/or majority vote of Council.
