905.08 PRIVATE SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION.

No property owner shall repair or construct sidewalks without obtaining a permit to do so and acquiring specifications from the City Engineer, City Manager or his designee, as filed in City Hall. Such specifications shall be prepared by the City Engineer, City Manager or his designee.
