905.03 PERMIT ISSUED; CASH DEPOSIT.

The permit shall be issued only after a bond or cash deposit sufficient to cover the cost or restoration has been posted with the City Manager or his designee, conditioned upon prompt and satisfactory refilling of excavations and restoration of all surfaces disturbed.
