713.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each and every day that any such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Revocation or suspension of a license issued under this chapter shall not be a defense against a prosecution for a violation of this chapter.
