(a) Annually on or before the first day of January of each year, every licensed massage establishment shall pay to the City a renewal fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(b) Annually, on or before the first day of January of each year, every licensed massage practitioner shall pay the City a renewal fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00).
(c) The holder of an expired massage practitioner license may, within thirty days from the date of expiration, have the license renewed upon payment of the required renewal fee.
