711.05 ESCORTS, UNLAWFUL TO WORK.

It shall be unlawful for any person to work or perform services as an escort within the City unless employed by a licensed escort service or licensed as an escort service. It shall also be unlawful for any person to work or perform services as a sexually-oriented escort, regardless of whether a license was issued under this chapter.
