A violation of this Part 1, Subpart B shall constitute a civil penalty punishable by a fine of not more than $25. A summons, similar in form to a parking summons, shall be tendered by the officer to the responsible party. The summons shall be paid at the Borough Office within 72 hours of the issuance. The fine shall be increased thereafter to $50, if not paid within the initial time period of 72 hours.
