The City Council may revoke or suspend registration. A revocation or suspension shall be preceded by a written notice to the registrant and a public hearing. The notice shall give at least eight days’ written notice of the time and place of the public hearing and shall state the nature of the charges against the registrant. The notice shall be mailed to the registrant at the most recent address listed on the application by regular mail.
