(a) Posting of license. A license issued pursuant to this Division F must be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises licensed.
(b) Maintenance of order. A licensee under this Division F shall be responsible for the conduct of the activities taking place on the licensed premises and shall maintain conditions of sobriety and order.
(c) Licensed premises. A license issued pursuant to this Division F is effective only for the compact and contiguous space specified in the approved license application.
(d) Ventilation and restrooms. The licensed premises shall be properly ventilated and equipped with adequate toilets and washrooms.
(e) Hours of operation. The hours of operation for a roller rink shall be 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
(f) Cigarette smoking. No smoking shall be allowed and the licensee shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 12, Division O of the city code.
(g) Alcoholic beverages. A premises licensed as a roller rink shall not allow alcoholic beverages on the licensed premises or in areas adjoining the licensed premises that is accessible to patrons of the roller rink.
(h) Insurance. No license shall be issued or continued in operation unless there is in full force and effect a liability insurance policy in the amount of at least $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury. Such policy of insurance shall be maintained in its original amount by the licensee at his or her expense and at all times during the period for which the license is in effect. (i) Transfer of license prohibited. A license granted under this Division F is for the person and premises named on the approved license application. No transfer of a license shall be permitted from place to place or from person to person without complying with the requirements of an original application.
