§ 14.57 LICENSE RESTRICTIONS.
   (a)   Posting of license. A license issued under this Division D must be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises in which the is taking place.
   (b)   Maintenance of order. A licensee under this Division D shall be responsible for the conduct of the and shall maintain conditions of sobriety and order.
   (c)   Licensed premises. A license issued under this Division D is effective only for the compact and contiguous space specified in the approved license application.
   (d)   Illegal activities. A licensee under this Division D shall not allow any to engage in prostitution or to sell or use illegal drugs in the licensed premises or any adjoining building or room under the licensee’s control.
   (e)   Hours of dance. No shall be held or conducted between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., of any day; provided that no shall be held or conducted on Sunday between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. noon.
   (f)   Private security. At least 30 days prior to the scheduled dance, all conducting a special event dance shall notify the Chief of Police of the date, time and location of the dance, as well as the number of expected to attend. The and City Police Department may require the licensee to have, at the licensee’s expense, officers of the law present at the special event dance.
   (g)   Minimum insurance. All holders of a special event dance license shall submit proof to the that general liability insurance in the following minimum amounts has been obtained for the special event dance: personal injury, $200,000 (claim)/$600,000 (aggregate) and property damage, $50,000.
   (h)   Traffic and noise suspension. A holder of a special event dance license shall comply with all traffic and noise requirements placed on the dance by city officials pursuant to their authority under state law and this city code.
