§ 6.16 ORDER OF FIRE MARSHAL.

The shall issue an order to any who violates the MSFC or any provisions of this chapter. An order must be complied with no later than the deadline for compliance specified in the order unless an appeal is filed in accordance with § 6.17 of this code.
